Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Our Return and Refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Mint Skateboards is extremely focused on customer satisfaction and we promise to do our best. With that being said, we will only be able to accept returns if the items received are different from what was ordered and/or your items are damaged upon receipt.

All sales are final unless there is an error/issue with the print or product itself. Some color changes may be noticeable between the screen picture and the product due to the backlighting of your monitor and/or the product material. If there are any problems with your product Contact Us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at support@mintskateboards.com and we will take care of your claim either by giving you a return address or sending us photos of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely manner.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mintskateboards.com for more exchange details. 

Order Cancellations
You have 24 hours upon ordering to cancel the current order. After that 24 hour window we are unable to accommodate any additional requests.
